Flexible judgment and the promptness to things are demanded.
A ground staff (ground hostess) is an occupation that is called "Stewardess on the ground", and it is people who become faces of the airline that the customers interact with first in the airport. It is a job from which the arrivals are guided to the exits and the transit travelers are guided to the check-in counter. The duties includes information about the incoming and departing flights, the lounge service in VIP rooms, issuing tickets and taking reservations on the telephone with good business manners, etc. These duties requires the worker to have flexible judgment and promptness in addition to a friendly smile.

The job involves a wide range of contents.
You should be able to perceive "What the customer's needs and requests are" as soon as possible, and appropriate correspondence should be done. The ground staff's (ground hostess) work involves a wide range of actions. Moreover, health is also very important because working hours are irregular.
The work is very hard, but the fatigue is blown off at once when customers say "thank you". This makes the job all worthwhile.
